Job description
— monthly, quarterly and annual preparation and analysis of business reports
– preparation and analysis of ad-hoc reports for the Management Board
– analysis and control of operating costs in accordance with the planned amounts
– monitoring the trial balance
– key risk management
– cash management and coordination of the HRK and foreign currency payments
– negotiations with banks and financial institutions to obtain the most affordable sources of financing and preparation of the necessary reports – assessment of the business partners’ (customers’, suppliers’, financial institutions’…) creditworthiness
– communication, provision of documentation and provision of explanations in the course of audits
– control of the accountants’ postings, management and training of the financial team
– control of the commodity and financial accounting for all warehouses and alignment with the ledger
– administrator for all changes in the legislation for the Diglas program (parametrisation)
Requirements
– organisation and communication skills – active use of one foreign language
– advanced computer skills – A BA/MA degree with a minimum of two (2) years of work experience in the relevant positions
Education:
A BA degree, MA degree or professional specialist degree
Languages:
Croatian (basic), English (basic)
